ELAINE SU-HUI
Inner Fields is the studio of artist Elaine Su-Hui. Her works are made slowly by hand but are urgent reminders of our true ecological nature and inherent wisdom. Watercolors are hand made with earth, mineral and plant pigments, many of which have storied ecologies and deep time histories. All new pigments are hand harvested and hand milled from ethical, small-scale, sustainable sources.
In collaboration with renowned artists, musicians and meditation teachers, Inner Fields also hosts small, inclusive gatherings in various unique venues across the United States. These gatherings explore embodied ecological consciousness through deep listening and drawing practices. All are welcome regardless of faith, background, orientation, physical ability or experience.
It is through the compassionate actions and wise discernment of the greater community that the work of Inner Fields finds its true home.
